Strength of Ages
Yea, thou shalt be my oakless art
Thou shalt soothe my hopeless heart
And when the rivers do run dry
I'll turn and worship from the sky
Muse and song are all worn down
Life no longer holds a crown
Man is but a wandering jade
Hollowed out by debts unpaid
Keep the treasure held so dear
Hold on to elusive air
Seek and yet ye never find
Ever worn by sands of time
Purpose of the unborn child
Ancient ways so meek and mild
With the turning of the sun
vanity is all undone
Hark! Hark to the sky!
Hark! Hark to the time!
Hark! Hark, as He draws near!
Hark! His standard He will bear!
